Nutrition Facts- Dr. Michael Greger
Y’all- this guy knows his stuff! This website is an incredibly useful resource for really delving into the nutrition of plant versus animal based foods. Backed with a wealth of scientific evidence, the information on this site is trustworthy and easily digestible.

She’s a nutrition student, so she knows a ton about how the body processes food, and her “What I Eat In a Day” videos are so great to watch, especially if you are curious about what vegans truly eat!
From My Bowl– Caitlin Shoemaker
Caitlin is literally a masterchef and such a sweet soul! Her recipes are seriously drool–worthy!
